I support decision-makers and teams in using data more reliably and confidently in everyday business decisions. With a PhD in learning sciences and cognitive psychology, my work focuses on how people interpret data, where misjudgments and misunderstandings arise, and how organizations can reduce decision friction through better data literacy and communication.

I combine this research background with experience as a university lecturer and hands-on work in analytics training. This allows me to design trainings that align with real business contexts, decision responsibilities, and varying levels of analytical maturity. A central focus of my work is strengthening the often invisible skills behind effective data use, including shared mental models, clear reasoning with metrics, and evidence-based judgment.

Data Analytics & Dashboard Development (B2B & B2C)
I develop Power BI dashboards for CRM, marketing, and customer experience teams. I work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into usable, decision-oriented dashboards. This includes data modeling with Power Query and DAX, funnel and onboarding analysis, and cohort analyses of marketing campaigns, bridging analytics and business decision-making.

Scientific Analysis & Data Communication
Analysis of complex quantitative and longitudinal data, including predictive and causal modeling. Specialized in communicating insights clearly and planning data projects that lead to actionable decisions.

University teaching & mentoring
Former university lecturer in research methods and data analysis, with experience teaching meaningful data collection, analysis with R, and mentoring learners across different analytical levels. I also held workshops on data communication, presentation of results, and planning data projects for impact.

PhD in Learning Sciences & Cognitive Psychology
