Hopmann Christmas Party 2025
A Christmas party is not just a mandatory end-of-year event for us. Our Hopmann Christmas party in 2025 was characterized by attention to detail in the preparations and a sincere desire to say thank you to the team. As last year, we once again chose Farmer & Lou in Munich. This location perfectly reflects what is important to us: a warm atmosphere, good food, and space for conversations that are often neglected in everyday life. Unfortunately, not everyone from the team was able to attend this year. Nevertheless, they were present in our conversations and in our hearts.
It was clear from the moment we arrived: today is not about open tasks, but about good conversations and a relaxed time together. Precisely because we often work on many topics in parallel and are not always all in the same room, these evenings are particularly valuable.
A look back at a year together
A key moment of the evening was the speech given by Susanne and Jörg. They looked back on the year with wonderful examples and appreciation. They talked about projects, challenges, shared successes, and situations in which the team worked brilliantly together. Above all, however, they expressed gratitude and confidence in what we have achieved together and what we will continue to grow. We have achieved so much together this year and are very much looking forward to continuing the exciting tasks and new projects in 2026.
Secret Santa with tasks that will be remembered
Our Secret Santa tradition continued this year. Just like last year, but this time with a very entertaining twist. Each gift was assigned a number. Before anyone received their gift, they had to complete a little challenge with that number. The tasks were funny, spontaneous, and caused a lot of laughter. Here are a few highlights:
- Christmas DJ – Beatbox the rhythm of “Jingle Bells.”
- Give a dramatic 10-second speech to a random office object
- Sing one line from your favorite Christmas song.
- Tell a funny joke.
- Do your best Santa laugh: “Ho Ho Ho!”
In fact, every task was accepted. We had a lot of fun! And the prizes were worth it: spices, Christmas decorations, puzzles, books, and other interesting items and gifts awaited their new owners.
Personal awards with heart and humor
Another highlight was the personal awards. Each person in the team received an individual title that reflects a special characteristic or role in everyday life. Team Spirit Champion, Consistency King, Bavarian Craftsman, Snack Sharer Extraordinaire, The Meow Maestro, Team Spirit Champion, and many other awards were ceremoniously presented by Ioanna and Bahar.
Each award was lovingly chosen and brought smiles to everyone’s faces. These little titles stand for things that often seem obvious in everyday working life, but are crucial: reliability, humor, a sense of order, motivation, and the ability to inspire others.
A thank you at the end of the year
Our Hopmann Christmas party 2025 at Farmer & Lou was an evening full of wonderful moments. Thank you to everyone who attended. Special thanks go to Ioanna, Bahar, and Susanne Hopmann, who put their hearts and souls into organizing everything, from the venue to the speeches to the activities. And, of course, we would like to thank Susanne & Jörg for making this event possible.
